we would like the following
1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties
if you can provide in excel that would be great

Regarding your OPRA request to the Borough of Glen Rock, see below:
1. The Borough of Glen Rock does not have any Municipal Liens, therefore there are none to Assign
2. Lienholder list is attached (Sheet 2)
3. The Borough does not maintain a list of Bankrupt properties. See County of Bergen website for Bankruptcy information
4. See attached list of Open Liens (Sheet 1)
5. N/A
6. The Borough of Glen Rock does not have a Vacant Property list
