1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties

In response to your request –

We do not assign municipal liens. Listing of all tax lien investors is
attached. There are no properties in bankruptcy. List of all liens from
2002 attached. We do not keep records of probate.

Good afternoon.

 

In regards to your OPRA Request received on December 28, 2022,  the Tax
Collector, Patricia Berg, providing answers to item numbers 1 through 5
via e-mail on

December 29, 2022.

 

I’ve just received a response from our code enforcement officer pertaining
to item number 6, the system they currently use is not able

to provide a report of the vacant and abandoned properties.
