information- specifically BWC, video interview,  in-house detainment
video,  BWC for transport,  audio of phone calls, radio transmissions &
any associated investigation reports may jeopardize the active
investigation.

 

Any OPRA requests for this investigation should NOT be granted until the
completion of the joint investigation being conducted by the New Milford
Police Department & Bergen County Prosecutors Office - Major Crimes Unit.”
