1.A list in csv file by block and lot a list of all properties that are in the cannabis zones
2.I would like a copy of the current cannabis zone map
3.a list of all vacant land
4.a list of all wetlands

Township of Lumberton received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on May 18, 2023. The Official Records Custodian, Bobbie Quinn, received your OPRA Request on May 18, 2023. * Listing of Lumberton Township Vacant Land.
* No responsive records exist with regard to current Cannabis Zone Map. Please find attached Zoning Map which can also be found on our Township website under Maps (https://www.lumbertontwp.com).
* No responsive records exist with regard to listing of all wetlands.
* No responsive records exist with regard to a list of all properties in Cannabis Zones; however, by Ordinance, such properties are required to be in the Industrial Zone. Said Ordinances can be found on our Township website (https://www.lumbertontwp.com) under 2021 Ordinances. Also, all Resolutions supporting approved cannabis locations can be found on our Township website (https://www.lumbertontwp.com) for 2021, 2022 and 2023.
This response is being transmitted to you via email. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b., the total cost associated with this request is zero.
