Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of all permit applications and relevant correspondence regarding the proposed power plant for the DEVCO/Rutgers Cancer Institute of NJ building planned for 165 Somerset Street, located in between Hardenbergh and Division Streets in New Brunswick, NJ.
