This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

-History and use of 48 Grand Ave. Palisades Park, NJ and any discharge of hazardous substances or petroleum.
-Statement via NJDEP that no tanks, drums, dry wells, septic systems were located on the property.
-Any dirt sampling.
-Phase 1 report.
