Need documentation on Axon Body 2 body camera and uses of force.

I would like documentation on the times force for both Lt. Brian Grady and Ptl. Brian Hauss since 12/9/16 and the reasons why. Please include the race of the person who force was used upon and their gender. It would be ideal if the data was presented in table form. Additionally, I would like a full cost analysis on the Axon Body 2 camera that was provided to the department and would like to know where the funds are coming from. Thank you.

Please advise if any grants were provided for the Axon Body 2 and give full detail of said grant. Additionally, please clarify how much of the cost of the Axon Body 2 will need to be paid by residents of Mantua Township.

Please see the attached informatio9n regarding the grant from Axon Body 2 that you requested. Regarding the cost please note that the grant portion is $12,500 and the portion from the budget is $22,171.80.
In addition, please note that there was no use of force for the specified time period for Lt. Brian Grady.
