I realize that the Holiday intervened but by my reckoning today is the seventh business day since my original request. To remind you, I asked for:

After I received the documents which answered my FIRST OPRA request, I submitted a SECOND on Nov 20, asking for different and further information, as below:
Any other quotes from private vendors that were received in addition to the Great Eastern Energy quote
All attachments to the email exchange provided in relation to the previous OPRA request between John Jernigan of GEE and Donna Kilburn
All emails and attachments between the other private vendors who submitted bids and Hainesport Township employees or elected officials
In other words, I would like to be able to compare the GEE bid with communication surrounding the other 2 bids that were received, since the exchange between Donna and John piqued my interest in them also. I don't see those documents.
I hope this clarifies things.

I noticed that your OPRA request and my OPRA response/documents went through the OPRA Machine site and it is assigning a new email address for each of your emails to me. Is it possible their program/system did not forward it to you or your account? I have copied your personal email on this as well.

Yes, what is missing is that I never received a November 20^th request and
I have no formal time stamped email/verification of same to date.
I am processing your request as a new OPRA received today. I have gathered
the information requested up to and including today, December 1.
I ask that if you have any questions or need clarification related to the
documents, please feel free to contact me. There are other variables and
information (verbal exchanges, conversations, etc.) related to this
third-party electric contract/provider matter that drives decision-making.
And again, I offer that the contract has not been executed to date.

I do agree that in this case the OPRA machine is not proving to be the
ideal medium for us. I think the problem is that my 2 OPRA requests are
very similar, but they are not the same.
Again, I did receive the documents you sent on Nov 17. However, I then
submitted a follow up OPRA request for different but related information
on Nov 20. Unless I’m missing something, I haven’t received that
information either here or via the machine.
