After I received the documents which answered my FIRST OPRA request, I submitted a SECOND on Nov 20, asking for different and further information, as below:

Any other quotes from private vendors that were received in addition to the Great Eastern Energy quote

All attachments to the email exchange provided in relation to the previous OPRA request between John Jernigan of GEE and Donna Kilburn

All emails and attachments between the other private vendors who submitted bids and Hainesport Township employees or elected officials

In other words, I would like to be able to compare the GEE bid with communication surrounding the other 2 bids that were received, since the exchange between Donna and John piqued my interest in them also. I don't see those documents.
