Naloxone Administration Reports, 2019
Dear Bergen County Prosecutor's Office,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Electronic copies of all Naloxone administration reports filed for the period of January 1st, 2019 to December 31st, 2019.
Please note that I am only seeking copies of the form required by the state Attorney General's Office when Naloxone (Narcan) was administered to an overdose victim.

Thank you Gavin. Based on your message I shall consider your request withdrawn at least as to the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office unless you advise to me contrary. Please advise if that is not your intention. Of course, I shall consider your right to file an additional request directly to this Agency preserved.
