Carteret Facebook account, you have not certified as to whether or not you
have been convicted of any indictable offenses under the laws of New
Jersey, any other state, or the United States. Until you do so, I cannot,

Dear Otero Jennifer,
This does not apply for this type of request as there are no victims. These public documents contain profiles from Facebook that have been banned from commenting on a government administered page and are a victim of the government and not a citizen so this does not apply in this case. Please send me the government records.
