Dear Sir or Madam:

I am aware of your request and I also know the work Karen has done to find
the documents you are requesting.  This office can only provide documents
that are delivered to us if they are not in this office or facility. 
Karen has done her due diligence to locate your requested documents and
was advised that they do not exist from the agency that is covering the
case for the Township. 

When we are advised by the attorney that they do not have a document, that
has to be our response to the requestor.
