Dear Mr. Roberts,
I have received your OPRAs regarding MVA Reports for 2 separate weeks.
Please be advised that our Police Records Department only prints out the
MVA Reports at the conclusion of every month and provides us with 1 stack
(usually about 4 inches high). Then our office photocopies them and
distributes them to our requestors.
To run these reports on a weekly basis is too time consuming and
cumbersome to the Police Records Department.
Would you like the month of November or would you rather wait until the
month of December to be completed?
