Please be advised that I represent Jose O. Rosa , for injuries resulting from a motor vehicle accident that occurred on 4/26/2019 . Kindly provide any and all surveillance and/or traffic video located at or near Grand Avenue at intersection of West Central Boulevard. Please refer to case number I-2019-006165 for reference.
Additionally, please provide the dash/body camera(s) with audio, all reports (with exception of the police report) and photos of said incident.
