Records requested: complete copies of EFD, EPD , EMS and Special Op’s reports for an MVA that occurred on 3-3-21 , on Spring Street, involving Donna Muse.

I would also like 911 call, CAD, BWC from all responding units, car cam, any video that was secured, photos, statements, interviews, witness information, tox reports, supplemental reports,
