Dear Treasury Government Records Access Unit [TREAS],
I am following up on OPRA request C193919.
I am requesting the names (including trade names) and addresses of all companies which submitted Form(s) HM-100 submitted for properties/business in the Borough of Red Bank for the months of August and September 2022.
I am disappointed that the amount of Municipal Occupancy Tax paid is considered proprietary financial information. However, the Taxpayer Name, Trade Name and address on those forms surely is not proprietary financial information.
What I'm really looking for is a list of the companies which are paying Municipal Occupancy Tax to Red Bank, but if such a record doesn't exist, then copies of the Forms HM-100, with financial info redacted, will allow me to compile a list.
