 1. I am seeking a copies of government records for all  years that Robert
M. Landolfi submitted applications to renew his status as Acting
Clerk.

 a. With respect to the request, it is an overly broad and invalid
request. “Any and all” requests seeking “records” generically, etc.
and requiring a custodian to conduct research are invalid. See MAG
Entm’t, LLC v. Div. of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 375 N.J. Super.
534 (App. Div. 2005), Bent v. Stafford Police Dep’t, 381 N.J. Super.
30 (App. Div.  2005), N.J. Builders Ass’n v. N.J. Council on
Affordable Hous., 390 N.J. Super. 166 (App. Div. 2007), and Schuler
v. Borough of Bloomsbury, GRC Complaint No. 2007151 (February 2009).

Can you please clarify on which municipality you are looking within for
this request?

 2. I am seeking copies or other government record which contains the 
date  Robert M. Landolfi was licensed as a Registered Municipal Clerk.

 a. Please see the attached, responsive record.

 3. I am seeking copies of all documents submitted by Robert M. Landolfi
to renew his Municipal Clerk license.

 a. The Division of Local Government Services has no responsive records.

 4. I am seekking copies of any disciplinary actions filed against Robert
M. Landolfi as Acting Clerk or Registered Municipal Clerk.

 a. The Division of Local Government Services has no responsive records.

Please clarify point one. For points two through four, the request is
closed.
