Dear Hamilton Township (Mercer),
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

All records related to the engineering, design and construction of a new municipal building, including financing and debt issuance
Between 2022 and 2024 YTD
Copies of plans, specs, bids received, supplemental debt statements, cost estimates, memos etc

I have been advised by the MCIA that Hamilton Township would have all financing, borrowing and supplemental debt statements filed for the Municipal Bldg redevelopment project. Please provide responsive records to this request.
I would also like the supplemental debt statement filed with the bond ordinance you provided - as this is required by law.
I would also like the most recent supplemental Debt statements filed for the General and Sewer funds.
Please attach to your response as your Next Request system will not allow me to view your answers.
