Multiple Records Requests Regarding Personnel and Facility-Related Matters
Dear Pemberton Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
1.Anna Shaker – Employment History
All records documenting pay increases for Anna Shaker, including effective dates and new salary amounts,All records of title or position changes, including effective dates.
2. Jack Tompkins – Incident and Related Documentation (2015–2017)
Copies of all incident reports, investigative reports, resolutions, or any official actions taken regarding Jack Tompkins in relation to the fire incident where he was removed and subsequently censured, covering the period from 2015 through 2017. All emails and correspondence (internalally) regarding this incident.
3. Michele Brown – Qualifications and Professional Development
Copies of all training records, certificates, licenses, continued education, and seminars relevant to Michele Brown’s current position.
4. Renovation Costs – Former Recreation Department Office (Fire Chief Augustoni)
A complete breakdown of all costs and expenses incurred for renovations made to the former Recreation Department office in preparation for use by Fire Chief Augustoni.This includes labor, materials, contractor invoices, design/planning costs, and any other associated expenditures.
