Dear Mount Holly Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
Ordinance or resolution creating the mount holly MUA board of commissioners as well as any resolutions or ordinances regarding residency requirements of the MUA commissioners.

You misunderstand, I am looking for the township resolution that created the mount holly MUA and its board as well as any resolutions or amendments regarding the commissioners, and any requirements of commissioners to be nominated or serve on the MUA board.

Thank you for your clarification. The MUA was created sometime in the 1950's, I do not have records dating back that far. Perhaps the library would have information.

I am writing to request an internal review of Mount Holly Township's handling of my OPRA request 'MUA'.
Township clerk claims not to have any records pertaining to my request. The Mount Holly MUA was created in Mount Holly township and the records and rules pertaining to its creation and requirements of the commissioners is to be maintained by the township.
