Sorry Jenny I know that you and I spoke and you explained it but I am still unsure why the Borough doesn't have authorities to MUA information if the Borough absorbed the MUA a few years back and some of the workers work for Public Works as well as MUA...can you clarify it further.

Hey Paula,
The Borough does not have a Municipal Utilities Authority which under state law have different rules and regulations, the Borough has a water and sewer department that is governed by the Borough of Tuckerton Code, so there really is no separation its all under the duties and responsibilities of the Borough of Tuckerton... There is 2 different budgets one is current and one is utility but both are approved and adopted together by the governing body. I am not really sure what you are looking for answer wise so if you would like to stop in and talk let me know I would be more than happy to discuss this with you.
