Most likely the charges came from the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office or the Office of the Attorney General.

I apologize, for some reason with a name search, the requested arrest
reports did not show up. I was able to conduct a search for arrest reports
by date and was able to locate all but the May 24, 2011 arrest.

William Alphonzo was arrested on May 24, 2011 by Millville Police Officer
William Loteck badge #56. He was charged with disorderly conduct on a
summons and released. Millville Police Case number 11-010019.

The other 6 arrest reports are attached.
