To whom it may concern,
On or about Thursday, January 2, 2020 at approximately 10:50AM a motor vehicle accident occurred on Route 206, Flanders, NJ 07836. The victim (Frank Iaconio Jr. 34 Year Old Male) was operating a 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier and was ultimately declared deceased after being transported to Morristown Medical Center via Atlantic Air One.
I am respectfully requesting any and all Mount Olive Police Department / Flanders Fire Department / Flanders Fire Marshal reports including but not limited to; Investigation Report(s), Supplemental Investigation Report(s), CAD Report(s), Operations Report(s), SR-1 and 21 (R 2-04) MVC Accident Report(s) as well as any written statements from witnesses etc., specifically regarding this event.

Mount Olive Township received your request for government records pursuant to the Open Public Records Act on January 27, 2020. This matter is under investigation by the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office and the primary investigator is away until next week. Therefore, the Township requires additional time to complete this request. See Scheeler v. N.J. Dep’t of Educ., GRC Complaint No. 2014-123 (Feb. 2016) (validating extension under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(g), and N.J.S.A. 47: 1A-5(i) where custodian provided written response within seven business days and provided specific completion date). The Township anticipates that this requested will be completed by close of business on February 14, 2020.
