Motor Vehicle Crash Reports 11/1/2018 - 11/30/2018
Dear Toms River Police Department,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

All MV Crash (NJTR-1) Crash Reports including any/all summonses that the TRPD responded too from November 1, 2018 through November 30, 2018.

I have created a request for you in the TR Township web based OPRA
system. The instructions in the memo will assist you in tracking the
progress of the request. I can provide this information requested
tomorrow, but the summons will only be to the 29^th. If that is not
satisfactory I will not be able to provide it until late next week as I
will be out of the office. Thank you.

Because of file size this may take 15 to 20 emails even if they are zip
files. Could you come in a pick up a CD or can I may you one. If not I
will send you 15-20 emails. Not sure if you realize, but we respond to
10-15 accidents a day. Each NJTR-1 is usually 3 pages, so the file size
grows proportionally. Thank you.
