Your request requires additional time to respond due to the significant demands placed on the District with regard to the COVID-19 pandemic and OPRA requests. OPRA allows custodians to seek extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i). Dear Ms. Bloom:

We are in receipt of your OPRA request filed on May 22, 2022. We had indicated to you that we would require an extension of time to respond until July 21, 2022. A response to your request follows:

You had requested the following items:

-a redacted NJSBA Pool Report, per item G of the (unsigned) agreement between the Monroe BOE and NJSBA as submitted to the MBOE on May 19, 2022.

This request is denied as the District is not in possession of the requested report. Additionally, even if the District had the report, it would be exempt from disclosure under OPRA as a document containing confidential personnel information.

-Timeline created by the Monroe BOE to interview potential candidates -Any modifications or extensions to the current agreement with the NJSBA effective as of March 15, 2022

This request is granted and the requested timeline is attached to this email.

-Any and all emails between Chrissy Skurbe and Michelle Arminio regarding the ad-hoc committee (sic) to interview candidates for the permanent Superintendent, between July 2021- present.

This request is granted and the responsive documents are attached with redactions as required to comply with OPRA.
