I do not see the School Ethics Commission listed on the link you provided (either under education or as it's own entity). If you can please fulfill the OPRA request here it would be much appreciated, as the GRC itself declared this to be a proper forum for these requests in February 2023.

Dear School Ethics,
It is my understanding from the decision made in Renna vs. County of Union that an agency cannot made their website be used for the purposes of requesting documents through OPRA.
In addition, I tried to use your website but there is no direct link to request an OPRA for the SEC (only the DOE chief of staff).
I will ask if you can please provide the information here as initially requested on this platform based on the case law presented.
