Monmouth County Open Space Grant Funds Received and Tax Levy Payments
Dear Lake Como Borough,
1) Listing of all Monmouth County Open Space Grant Funds Received with Project Names for 2020 to 2025.
2) Open Space Tax Levy for 2020 to 2025

Good Afternoon,
In response to your OPRA request for the Open Space Grants, they are
reimbursing grants that are paid upon close out of the projects.
We have received $200,000.00 in funds however we have been awarded an
additional $200,000.00 for Behrman Park Improvements Phase I and
$130,000.00 for Behrman Park Improvements Phase II. Those funds will be
reimbursed to the Borough once those projects are completed and closed
out.
As far as Open Space Tax Payments,
2020 - $119,165.76
2021 - $125,883.42
2022 - $141,882.57
2023 - $156,762.99
2024 - $194,740.04
2025 - $208,949.08

Only $200,0000.00 was reimbursed.
The other $330,000.00 are open and ongoing projects that have not been
closed out yet.
