Missing September-October daily reports

Dear Pinelands Regional School District,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
“All daily reports” were already received in these two requests:

However, the following documents seem to be missing from the responses:
- all reports by Kobithen
- the following dates for all contractors and types (this is only a partial list. More to come):
September: 1-4, 6, 7, 9 10, 13-15, 17-24
October 8, 10, 11, 14, 15
For each date that does not have a report, please provide a reason.
Also, according to the roofing contract, there are two types of daily reports: “construction” and “field quality” reports. Yet for almost all of the days for which I’ve already received reports, there there seem to only be “field quality“ reports available. Can you please explain this discrepancy?

I have now received September 13, 15, 20, 21, and 22. Thank you for them. I have otherwise received none of the other missing dates. I have also not received any reasoning as to why the missing dates are not included, or as to why there is no report on each of those dates.
This request is my fourth asking for "all daily and special reports." The first was sent on October 20th. It is now 2.5 months later. Please clarify why this information has not been included in your response, and when I should expect to receive them.

Hi Jeff
An OPRA request is a request for documents. As with all of my replies to
you, I responded with the documents you requested that the district
currently possesses.
To respond to your question regarding the missing reports, it has been
reported to me that the dates without a report are days that no roof work
occurred due to varying conditions (I.e. weather, weekend, etc).
We are currently investigating those reports for validity
