MISCONDUCT sparta
Dear Sparta Board of Education,im looking for emails or letter to town manager and town atterny from november 2025 threw may 2026. I havent had any luck over the years getting information from the town the municipality has deemed me a outsider even though i live and pay taxes here please help im being crushed by this town and everyone I ask for help is scared to take a stand so any info you can get me is greatly appreciated.

Good Afternoon,
We are in receipt of your OPRA request dated May 10, 2026. I am attaching a
copy of our OPRA request form. You will need to complete the form OR answer the
three "under penalty" questions at the bottom of the "Requestor Information" box
on the form in an email.
Additionally, your request is overbroad. We will require a subject matter and
specific positions/job titles for the employees of the Sparta School District
whose emails you are requesting as per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(g) which provides that
"[a] custodian shall not be required to complete a request, including for, but
not limited to, mail, email, text messages, correspondence, or social media
postings and messages, if the request does not identify a specific job title or
accounts to be searched, a specific subject matter, and is not confined to a
reasonable time period".
Once we receive this information, we can process your request.
