Step #2 - Choose a Department (drop down box) and select:  Law and Public Safety
Step #3 - Choose a Division (drop down box) and select:  Division of State
Police
Step #4 - Fill out the form and provide a detailed narrative of the records you
seek.  (if available, please include NJSP case number, Trooper's name, incident
location and date/time)
Step #5 - Submit the request. Upon submitting the request, you will receive a
confirmation number that begins with "W" followed by a series of numbers. 
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
 
Under penalty of N.J.S.A. 2C:28-3, I certify that
 
I HAVE/HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New
Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL/WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM/AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Dear New Jersey State Police,im looking for emails or letter to town manager and
town atterny from november 2025 threw may 2026.  I havent had any luck over the
years getting information from the town the municipality has deemed me a
outsider even though i live and pay taxes here please help im being crushed by
this town and everyone I ask for help is scared to take a stand so any info you
can get me is greatly appreciated.
