Misappropriation of Funds
Dear Lacey Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Misappropriation of funds used by Lacey Township Emergency Medical Service , requesting all financial statements and funds appropriated from all accounts including the labeled special account "roof fund" containing $20,000 that was donated by Lacey Township for maintenance on building. Requesting years 2014-2019 statements and appropriation of funds from accounts . Also request current accounts including Accounts Receivable payments allocation if donation or payment of services. Since now they are a paid service they should not be requesting donations based on their recent fund drive, even if registered as a non profit , Lacey Township Emergency Services has to show that donations received are to be placed in special accounts allocated funds of said donations and not to be filtered to pay their employees.
