BACKGROUND:
On February 24, 2023, I filed a complaint with the East Brunswick Ethical Standards Board. However, I never received an acknowledgment of my complaint as required by Township Code § 3-101(L)(1). Perhaps it got lost in the mail.

2. Minutes of the Ethical Standards Board's October 17, 2023 meeting.
3. Minutes of any other Ethical Standards Board meetings held in 2023.

▪ Attached, please find the Minutes from the October 17, 2023, Ethics
Board Meeting. Please note that the Township Attorney brought your
concern to the attention of the board and explained the procedures and
their duties to each board member.
▪ There are no records responsive to your request as it pertains to
other Minutes from the board during the year 2023.

require additional records, you must submit a new OPRA request.
