Mount Laurel Township did not have the information requested.

Dear Mount Laurel Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

The complete Mill Dam contract, including any amendments, change orders, or addenda;

Meeting agendas, packets, minutes, resolutions, notes, or audio/video recordings from the March 26, 2020 meeting;

Any correspondence, emails, text messages, or memoranda exchanged between MUA officials, employees, consultants, contractors, or vendors referring to the Mill Dam project or contract;

Bids, proposals, estimates, or quotes received in connection with the Mill Dam project;

Payment records, purchase orders, and invoices related to the Mill Dam contract;

Any preparatory or follow-up materials, including drafts, internal notes, project discussions, or subsequent communications referencing the March 26, 2020 meeting or the Mill Dam project before or after that date.

If any portion of this request is denied or redacted, please provide the specific statutory basis for each exemption claimed under OPRA and release all segregate, non-exempt portions of the records.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

Yours faithfully,

Red Tape Reality

Meredith Riculfy, Mount Laurel Township

The Township received your OPRA request seeking records related to the Mill Dam project. Mount Laurel Township does not have a Mill Dam project or a Mill Dam. Perhaps you meant Mt. Holly or the Mt. Holly MUA. There is a Mill Dam Park in Mt. Holly. Mount Laurel Township did not conduct a meeting on March 20, 2020 so there are no minutes etc., and the Township does not video record meetings. As such, your request to Mount Laurel Township is denied as there are no responsive records.

Thank you,
