This request is not specific as to whether records are sought as to
students or employees.  If the request is as to students, we are denying
the request because student discipline records are confidential student
records that are not subject to disclosure under OPRA.  If the request is
as to employees, we are denying the request because employee discipline
records are confidential personnel records that are not subject to
disclosure under OPRA.
