Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

1) Copy of the lease and/or occupancy agreements between the Township of Mount Laurel and Michael Muller, PTD LLC, Scarlet Oak Strategies, and/or Muller Public Strategies LLC.

2) Copies of the lease and/or occupancy agreements between the Township of Mount Laurel and any non-governmental tenants for the property located at 750 Centerton Road, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054, for the time period of January 1, 2023 through the present.

3) Copy of the rent roll for 750 Centerton Road, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054, for the time period of January 1, 2023 through the present.

4) Copies of proof of rental payment for all non-governmental tenants for the property located at 750 Centerton Road, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054 for the time period of January 1, 2023 through the present.

5) Copies of bids, applications, or RFP responses for all non-governmental tenants to lease, rent, or otherwise occupy the property, or the offices or suites therein, located at 750 Centerton Road, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054, for the time period of January 1, 2023 through the present.

6) Copies of email and/or text messages sent by or received by employee Meredith Riculfy between Michael Muller for the time period of January 1, 2023 through the present, containing any of the following search terms: "lease", "leasing", "office space", or "rent".
