1. A list of street addresses of residential properties that sold in the last 2 tax sales
2. When was the last tax sale?
3. When is the next tax sale?
4. A list of street addresses of residential properties with Fire damage, overgrown grass, overgrown weeds, junk, boarded houses/windows, vacant properties.
5. A list of street addresses of residential properties listed as condemned
6. A list of street addresses of residential properties currently listed with water shut-off notice
7. A list of street addresses of residential properties with notices of abatement
*PLEASE DONT INCLUDE CONSTRUCTION PERMIT VIOLATIONS*

Regarding your request for "Timeline: January 1, 2021 - December 31, 2022 1. A list of street addresses of residential properties that sold in the last 2 tax sales" - there is no exact record responsive to your request. However, I have attached the existing record, the Published Tax Sale List. Some on this list have paid their delinquencies prior to the sale. The last sale was 12/8/2022 and the next is not yet determined.
