Residential properties with street addresses owned by individuals (no corporations or LLCs) with the below criteria from January 2023 to June 2023
1. Fire damage, overgrown grass, overgrown weeds, junk, boarded houses/windows, vacant properties.
2. Condemned properties
3. All properties currently listed with utility shut-off notice
4. All properties with notices of abatement

*PLEASE DON'T INCLUDE CONSTRUCTION PERMIT VIOLATIONS*
