I am in receipt of your OPRA request.
Please see my responses below:
1) Future or merger committee reports given during the meetings for 2024,
2025 or 2026. These documents do not exist.
2) Any correspondence from Sea Girt, Spring Lake, Avon, Spring Lake
Heights Board of Educations (if applicable) about merger.  Your request
for “any correspondence” is denied pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(g), which
states that a records custodian “shall not be required to complete a
request, including for, but not limited to, mail, email, text messages,
correspondence, or social media postings and messages, if the request does
not identify a specific job title or accounts to be searched, a specific
subject matter, and is not confined to a reasonable time period.” 
This satisfies your OPRA request.
