I am respectfully requesting a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) however titled between the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office and the New Jersey State Police describing the roles and responsibilities agreed upon for the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office to participate in the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

I am respectfully requesting copies of any and all instruction manuals and agreements used by the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office to report and memorialize the number of National Center for Missing and Exploited Children Cyber-Tips and arrests made as a result of those Cyber-Tips.

Dear Stephen Sayer,

AP Sayer, thank you very much. Fond memories of the extraordinary work your office does for us. (Retired Trooper). I would very respectfully point out the reporting requirement detailed in the attached MOU in your response requiring Cumberland County to report their arrest and search warrant statistics by the 5th of each month to the NJ State Police ICAC commander and your offices prior refusal to release those records. I believe they would be covered by the OPRA.
