I request the The Medical benefit contributions of each Berkeley township employee from 2014 through 2018. This is the amount paid for by the employee under Chapter 78.

Your request is denied as per "MICHELSON, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. Laddie WYATT " stating that OPRA explicitly states that personnel and pension information other than a person's name, title, position, salary, payroll record, length of service, date of separation, and type and amount of pension is not considered a government record and is, therefore, not subject to disclosure. N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10 and Fox v. Parsippany-Troy Hills 2005-19. The matter is protected under HIPAA.
