Dear Mr. Bailey,

Your recent OPRA request pertaining to Mayor Miller Prunty's emails and the use of the subjects "decorum, afraid to go to meeting, and out of towners" from January 1, 2026 through March 29, 2026 resulted in 98 pages of potentially responsive documents, which have been numbered as pages 1 through 98. With respect to those documents, pages 1, 60-84, and 86-98 contain communications between the Township Attorney and one or more members of the Township Committee which are protected by the attorney-client privilege and are therefore exempted from disclosure. A portion of page 59 has been redacted for the same reason. Pages 26-36, 39-48, and 60-84 contain deliberative materials which are exempted from disclosure. N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.

In addition, please note that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, certain record information was redacted (per No. 20, Personal identifying information).

In regards to your recent OPRA request pertaining to Mayor Miller Prunty's emails, we request an extension beyond the OPRA seven (7) business day fulfillment deadline due to two staffer absences in the Township Clerk’s Office as well as last week's allocation of resources for the processing of June Primary Election petitions.

Thus, your request requires an extension of time until Tuesday, April 14th.
