Dear Susan Bate,

Good Day! We understood the case with the vacant list. Thank you to all the people who helped us with these. We really appreciate your work.

May we please ask whether we are also obligated to pay a certain amount for our request? If so, please cancel our request, for we do not have a budget allotted for this task, hence the reason we send these requests online/paperless. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you so much. We hope you all have a great day!

Yours sincerely,

Grace De La Cruz

Dear Susan Bate,

Thank you so much for the clarification :). I meant to say in my previous message that we understood the case with code violations not being available, sorry for saying vacant list instead. Thank you for informing us.

May we please ask if the delinquent utilities list is available? If so we are willing to wait :).

Thank you again! Have a nice day :D

Yours sincerely,

Grace De La Cruz
