If possible, may I please request the following (preferably listed on a spreadsheet):
1) Vacant properties list
1A) Including owners situated out of town
2) Delinquent property taxes
3) Delinquent water/sewer payments
4) Current Open Code Violations list of all property types
(For 2-4 may I please ask for dollar amounts of total code violations, and delinquent prop taxes.)
If possible and is completely permitted by the law please include the following - property addresses, property block and lot, tax-id. Also, the owner’s information such as – name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Please give us whatever information from the above you could provide. We would be grateful either way.

As per your OPRA request, please see the attached listing of delinquent taxes, a listing of 2023 vacant property registrations, and our excel spreadsheet of historical data for vacant and abandoned properties. Please be advise we were unable to fulfil your request for code violations, as we do not have a master list in the format you are seeking. The request for code violations would need to be narrowed down by property address and timeframe.

In order to process your request for code violations, I would need both a time frame and a property address.
Regarding your request for a list of delinquent utilities, please contact the East Windsor Municipal Utilities Authority at 609-443-6000 for that information.
