This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

If possible, may I please request the following (preferably listed on a spreadsheet):
1) fire damaged properties (Building/Structure fires) of this year – 2023 (Address and Date)
2) Vacant properties list
2A) Including owners situated out of town
3) Delinquent property taxes
4) Delinquent water/sewer payments
5) Current Open Code Violations list of all property types
(For 3-5 may I please ask for dollar amounts of total code violations, and delinquent prop taxes.)
If possible and is completely permitted by the law please include the following - property addresses, property block and lot, tax-id. Also, the owner’s information such as – name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Please give us whatever information from the above you could provide. We would be grateful either way.

Water and sewer are a separate entity. You need to contact them directly and we do not keep a vacant list.

Good Morning,
Mount Laurel Township does not keep any record of vacant properties.
I have attached a zip file for delinquent property taxes.
We do not collect for water/sewer in our Township. You would need to call
the Mount Laurel MUA to obtain any utility delinquencies.

Good afternoon,
In response to your OPRA request, attached is the violation report from
January 1, 2023 to July 31, 2023 that is on file in the construction
department.
There are no fire damaged permits on file in the construction department
for 2023.
If you would like to check with the Fire Department for fire damaged
properties, their phone number is
(856) 234-6053.
I am sorry, we do not handle vacant properties so I do not have a list of
vacant properties.
For delinquent water/sewer payments, please contact the Municipal Utility
Authorities at (856) 722-5900, Ext. 131.
