The township suspended the vacant/abandoned property program in 2021, due to necessary changes.
Therefore, do not have records for 1 and 1A.
Number 2 and 3 were sent to the Tax Officer for compliance.
The township does not compile or house lists of code violations.

1) Vacant properties list

1A) Including owners situated out of town

2) Delinquent property taxes

3) Delinquent water/sewer payments

4) Code Violations list

(For 2-4 may I please ask for dollar amounts of total code violations, and delinquent prop taxes.)

If possible and is completely permitted by the law please include the following - property addresses, property block and lot, tax-id. Also, the owner’s information such as – name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Please give us whatever information from the above you could provide. We would be grateful either way.
