1) Vacant properties list
1A) Including owners situated out of town
2) Delinquent property taxes
3) Delinquent water/sewer payments
4) Code Violations list
(For 2-4 may I please ask for dollar amounts of total code violations, and delinquent prop taxes.)
If possible and is completely permitted by the law please include the following - property addresses, property block and lot, tax-id. Also, the owner’s information such as – name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Please give us whatever information from the above you could provide. We would be grateful either way.

Attached is a vacant properties list, it includes any of them that are
delinquent. We do not handle water or sewer that is NJ American Water and
Mt. Holly Sewage Authority. Sewer payments will come here when it is time
for tax sale.
Also attached is a delinquent file for all properties. I can only provide
it in the format provided.
