2) Vacant properties list
2A) Including owners situated out of town
3) Delinquent property taxes
4) Delinquent water/sewer payments
5) Code Violations list
(For 3-5 may I please ask for dollar amounts of total code violations, and delinquent prop taxes.)

If possible and is completely permitted by the law please include the following - property addresses, property block and lot, tax-id. Also, the owner’s information such as – name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Please give us whatever information from the above you could provide. We would be grateful either way.
