In response to your request, please see the attached lists of code violations, delinquent property taxes, and vacant properties. Water is paid to Middlesex Water Company, and sewer is included with taxes.

I have not yet received records regarding fire damaged properties (if any) but will forward when I do.

1) fire damaged properties (Building/Structure fires) of this year – 2023 (Address and Date)

2) Vacant properties list

2A) Including owners situated out of town

3) Delinquent property taxes

4) Delinquent water/sewer payments

5) Code Violations list

(For 3-5 may I please ask for dollar amounts of total code violations, and delinquent prop taxes.)

If possible and is completely permitted by the law please include the following - property addresses, property block and lot, tax-id. Also, the owner’s information such as – name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Please give us whatever information from the above you could provide. We would be grateful either way.
