Match-up of violations and fines by fire prevention

Records requested:
There is a long list of places found with excessive violations but no fines listed by fire prevention dept - why?
For example, Alaris Health had 10 violations on 1/26/19, 11 violations on 2/21/19, 3 on 2/26/19, and 6 on 6/1/19 and AT&T Rochelle Park Primary Center had 28 violations on 1/28/19. What were the violations and why no fines?

Dear Rochelle Park Township,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Rochelle Park Township's handling of my OPRA request 'Match-up of violations and fines by fire prevention'.
First the request was delayed claiming they needed to wait until people returned from vacation. Now "no records exist"!! Does this mean fines were never collected or just not kept records of what was collected? How can violations be given with no fines imposed?
Why don't the records exist?
