Marmic communications regarding agreement and upgrades
Dear Warren Township,

Records requested:
1 - Communications from Marmic to Warren Township officials between 2021-2024 regarding “any action which might compromise the confidentiality of the Covered Data and Information” as per section 2d on their Non-Disclosure Agreement.
2 - Communications from Marmic to Warren Township officials between 2021-2024 regarding “any possible violations of the terms” of their agreement as per section 2f on their Non-Disclosure Agreement
3 - Communications from Marmic to Warren Township officials between 2021-2024 regarding suggested upgrades to security and software to protect data and information.
Note - This may be a duplicate request as the first request appears not to have submitted correctly. Only one response is needed.
